When Grande Cheese Co in Lomira, WI needed a solution for lifting cheese wheels from their salt brine tanks, they turned to Creative Design & Engineering, LLC. Dan Lindgren, the company’s president, contacted Allied Power Products, Inc. The challenge was twofold:

1. The salt brine tank created corrosive vapors.
2. The production room underwent nightly fogging with a peroxyacetic sanitizer.
