When one of their projects required lifting jet skis, kayaks and other personal watercraft as high as 30 feet in a storage building on the client’s dock, Brett Cervenka, a project assistant, contacted us. Anticipated loads were up to 400 lbs. and due to the design of the structure radio remote controls were required to operate the hoist.
With its automatic brake, extremely low maintenance requirements and ease of installation, our Columbia HD1300 AC electric hoist was a perfect match for this application. Equipped with radio remote controls, the jet ski & kayak hoist can be operated from multiple locations in the storage building.
